R H HALL CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Following the latest government update, we want to reassure all of our customers, suppliers and business contacts that we are taking the current situation very seriously and ensuring we are adhering to the latest government advice.
Most importantly, we are open for business as usual and whilst we have reduced the number of staff required at our HQ, we have full Sales, Service, Spares and Customer Service support available Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:30 – as normal.
We have a commitment to our customers – crucially including any healthcare, NHS and other frontline workers - to maintain supply and provide an uninterrupted service to those that need it during these troubling times.
However, we also have a strong focus on the health and well-being of all employees, customers and suppliers and as such all staff will be working remotely wherever possible.
We welcome any enquiry – large or small – and are here to discuss any upcoming requirements you may have, as well as any concerns.

Due to current government advice to work from home wherever possible, our warehouse will not be manned at all times.
Please ensure all deliveries are booked in with our Warehouse Manager – Michael Harvey – on 01296 663442.
We will not accept any responsibility for deliveries not booked in advance with our warehouse.
